This tray table series is engineered for commercial aircraft cabin seats, featuring an aviation-grade aluminum alloy (e.g., 6061-T6, 5052) skeleton with lightweight foam-core filling—delivering superior support while minimizing weight. The tabletop adopts rounded corners to eliminate sharp-edge hazards; the upper surface is equipped with anti-slip brushed texture, front/rear retaining lips to prevent item sliding during turbulence, and integrated cup recesses. Manufactured with adhesives complying with CCAR 25.853 flammability requirements, it passes 12s/60s vertical and 45° burn tests. Surface options include anodizing, brushing or sandblasting for excellent corrosion resistance. Fully customizable in dimensions, color and mounting interface, seamlessly fitting Boeing, Airbus and COMAC seat systems.
