The product is injection molded using aviation-grade engineering plastics (PC/ABS) to ensure structural strength and dimensional stability, meeting the lightweight requirements of aviation. It is made of aviation-specific leather that has passed FAR 25.853 flame retardant certification. It has good wear resistance and a comfortable touch. The surface supports embossing, punching, and customization of stitching color to meet the brand image needs of different airlines. The interior is compounded with high-density elastic foam, which feels soft and rebounds quickly, effectively alleviating elbow pressure during long flights, and is not prone to deformation after long-term use.

This product strictly adheres to aviation safety standards, with both materials and finished products meeting the following specifications:

Flame retardant performance: Meets the vertical burning test requirements of FAR 25.853 / CCAR 25.853.

Smoke and toxicity: Meet relevant standards of BSS7239 and ABD0031.
